Attorney Paul Calzada
Paul Calzada is a bona fide Texan, native Houstonian, Spanish speaker, and has lived in the Houston area for most of his life. He currently lives in Houston with his wife, Maria, and their two children.
Paul Calzada graduated from the University of Texas in 1998 with a degree in Psychology. Before law school, Paul worked as a Family Crisis Intervention Specialist for MHMR of Tarrant County where he gained valuable experience helping families in crisis.
After graduating from the University of Houston Law Center in 2003, Paul practiced law at Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse, a non-profit law firm dedicated to representing those affected by domestic violence. After his time at AVDA, Paul continued to practice family law in the Houston area and has represented hundreds of family law clients in Harris County and surrounding areas. Paul is a member of the Texas Bar College, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Bar Family Law Section, and recently served on the HBA Bar Bench Conference Committee for 2021.
